Notice of Special General Meeting

The Classic Wallabies Board would like to invite all Classic Wallabies alumni to a Special General Meeting to be held in Sydney on Tuesday 10th December, commencing at 3pm.

The primary purpose of Special General Meeting is to vote on implementing a revised constitution for Classic Wallabies Inc.

This revised constitution has been formed by the Board of the Classic Wallabies to best reflect the current operating environment of the Classic Wallabies and respond to the successful growth of the Classic Wallabies over the past several years.

Additionally, the Classic Wallabies Board will use this opportunity to:

  • provide an update on the Classic Wallabies 2019 activities;
  • our plans for 2020 and;
  • to hold an end of year gathering for Classic Wallabies of all eras to mingle and enjoy each other’s company.

Voting on Special Resolution

Voting will be conducted in person at the Special General Meeting and will be done via a simple majority.  Only Classic Wallabies will have the right to vote.  Members who wish to vote on this matter and cannot make it in person may nominate a proxy to vote on their behalf. A proxy nomination form can be provided upon request for Classic Wallabies wishing to nominate a proxy.
