Bank of Queensland has thrown its support behind the Classic Wallabies vs Central Queensland Barbarians match in Rockhampton on Saturday 20th July.

BOQ Agribusiness joins the event as Official Major Partner to help ensure the Classics deliver a successful event to the Rockhampton and wider Central Queensland community.

Classic Wallabies General Manager Justin Harrison welcomed the partnership.

The Classic Wallabies vs Central Queensland Barbarians match is on Saturday 20th July at Victoria Park, Rockhampton. There’s a full day of rugby entertainment including local schools matches featuring schools throughout Central Queensland, a free kids rugby coaching clinic, then both the Classic Wallaroos and Classic Wallabies in action against local opposition. Former Wallabies and Wallaroos players will visit schools and clubs throughout Central Queensland in the days leading up to the event.

It will be the most experienced Classic Wallabies lineup ever, with former Wallabies including Stephen Moore, Lachie Turner, Mark Chisholm, Troy Jacques and Morgan Turinui will be taking the field.

BOQ Agribusiness joins may other local organisations in supporting the event, including Rockhampton Regional Council, Rocky Sports Club, Travelodge Rockhampton and Triple M Central Queensland, many more to be announced shortly.
